Friendly staff, nice breakfast! Rooms are basic but generally clean. Very old building with lots of quirks and charms. Would stay again for a cheap central location for visiting Troyers

Old building in the centre with enough space and parking right next to the building. Best breakfast we ever had in ** hotel ! Very nice common area and very helpful staff. This was our third stay in Troyes and by far the most enjoyable

Very nice staff. In the last minute I realized I made a mistake on the reservation day and they were able to change the arrangement very nicely and no cost. We loved the breakfast with all regional products. If we come back to Troyes I’m sure to know where to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting Troyes to connect with old friends and the location was ideal as it was a short walk to the train station and all of the places we wanted to visit in town. While the hotel is fairly basic, the room was large and clean.

What a wonderful little hotel! So pretty and characterful. It's in a fabulous location in the city centre, right next to restaurants, brasseries and bistrots, and only a few minutes walk from the cathedral, canal and museum. The staff were lovely and so helpful (special thanks to the gentleman who warmly welcomed us on the evening off 26/08). The hotel has nice common spaces including a little bar and a pool table, and its own parking which is handy. Nice décor too. A little gem in a beautiful, vibrant city that was buzzing a night. We are definitely going back!

Friendly helpful staff , location excellent. Room was clean and very adequate . Only issue was it was extremely hot due to weather and due to a smallish room in an old building there was rest bite from the heat even with the fans in the room . Nice breakfast !

Quirky hotel in fantastic location, right in the centre. Lots of great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Room clean and tidy, we needed dog friendly. Would have been nice to of had a kettle in room. Hallway could do with a refresh. Lovely welcoming and helpful staff.

Old fashioned style of Hotel in the centre of the city. Classic timber frame construction. Great to see these older properties being reused rather than the new style of box Hotel on the outskirts. Secure parking important with a classic car. Great staff spoke excellent English. Good Breakfast is available for a great start to a day.
