"The Lighthouse Hotel is AHmazing. The entire staff provided superb customer service – a special shout-out to Laura, John, and Nura. They were extremely helpful, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would be remiss not to mention the fabulous Ms. Jennie, Concierge Extraordinaire. I informed Ms. Jennie that my bestie and I were visiting Key West for our birthday vacation. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. We arrived to find fabulous birthday decorations, a delicious charcuterie board, and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco in our upgraded room. It brought tears of joy and gratitude to our eyes. We can’t thank her enough. I wish we'd had the opportunity to meet her in person. We will make a point to do so on our next visit. The only downside of the hotel is the restaurant/bar, Isabel’s. They offer a free continental breakfast each morning that is simple and delicious – A perfect way to start the day. Other than that, the bar was never open during our stay. The hours they advertise for special events were highly inconsistent or nonexistent. One evening, they had musical entertainment: a lone guitar player/singer who was so-so at best. The bar was closed, and no one was poolside except the chickens and us. We stayed poolside because we felt obligated to the entertainer. The experience with Isabel’s was a little disappointing, as it would have been nice to unwind after the day's activities."

"I like this property. it was clean, comfortable and the pool was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the check in was very odd as the lobby closed at 6pm and no one answered the phone # posted on the door. We started to panic after about 10 to 15 minutes standing at the door waiting and not knowing if we were going to have a hotel. Luckly right about the time I started to reach out to Expedia to complain my phone rang and it was the hotel lady who then came and got us checked in from there. I would stay here again."
