"Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) "We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

"The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. "Spacious and clean private space with excellent air conditioning. A nice outdoor area, with a beautiful resident white cat (please consider giving her some treats, she's so lovely!) Quiet and peaceful setting behind a bigger hotel. A very nice shower with waterfall and detachable heads. The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more.
