Meals were amazing and traditional Japanese, room was extremely comfortable, hotel felt luxurious. Private bath was beautiful and relaxing.

Yatsusankan
Such a great stay at a historic building with a long history. The service was excellent. The food was also as excellent. We want to come back again because 1 night is definitely too short, maybe in the spring or autumn.

We did not realize that dinner and breakfast was not included even though it said kaiseki meal in the description. One of the nearby restaurants was closed and the other would not seat foreigners. The staff did offer to call us a taxi to take us to a restaurant 10 minutes away, but we ended up eating ...
