"This was my first time staying at this hotel and my first time in Osaka. It was the first of two hotels on my Osaka trip, and it ended up being my favorite out of the seven or so hotels I stayed in during my two-week Japan visit. I stayed for three nights and paid for access to the lounge on the 17th floor, which was a great place to unwind after long days of exploring the city. I was also able to pay to bring a guest into the lounge, which was perfect since my dad was staying at a cheaper hotel nearby. My room was on the 30th floor and had an amazing view. If I return to Osaka, I will almost certainly book this hotel again."

It was our honeymoon and we received a handwritten note, and some small Japanese gifts which were so thoughtful. Also love that you can rent bikes for free too, great way to explore Osaka! "We have a great stay. Staff was nice and the facilites were clean and had everything you need if you forgot anything at home. So solid party room had even more space than we needed. It was amazing! Right across from universal just a short walk across the street. Would return definitely if I come back to Universal Japan!"
