"This resort is in a less populated part of Tucson, and it has a relaxing feel. The Inn is on a mobile home park that has more of a resort or retirement community feel than a typical mobile home park or RV camping site. Parking is plentiful, the grounds are well kept and have gated security, and the hotel was in great condition and very nice. Staff is also exceptionally attentive, accommodating, and polite. "Let me start off by saying, I am a wyndom member! I use to stay at this hotel as a get away staycation all the time. I do not know what changed! Me being a loyal customer I should have never gotten the treatment I did going here! If I could rate this hotel lower I would! Staff rude! So called manager rude!! This hotel has nothing but an infestation of roaches! When someone checks into their room and find out they’re issues in the room with roaches & dirty mess going on taking it to management...
