"On arrival i had booked the room with the sofa bed as there was 3 of us staying. This wasn’t made had to get someone up to come and make it up. The casting to the TV did not work staff arranged for maintenance to come up and resolve. Wasn’t able to resolve and was told they would let reception know ..."

"We absolutely LOVE this hotel and have been coming here for years. The rooms the balconies are fabulous in the summer but, to be honest, all rooms are amazing because of the AMAZING beds! The most comfortable of any anywhere (including Four Seasons etc). The staff are also incredibly helpful."
