"The location is great and the staff are outstanding. We were met upon arrival by a complimentary pickup from the airport ( or train station) and greeted at the door by Peter the friendly hotel dog. John is the English speaking staff who can help non Chinese speakers and he was beyond wonderful. Thank you so so much for all your help. The location is fantastic—directly across the street from Tianmen Mountain, making it very convenient for sightseeing. "I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless. The place is well kept and we would recommend!"
