Absolutely fabulous and super convenient airport hotel. Greatcsevice, the club room had snacks and happy hour. Many options for breakfast. We had a 5am flight and it was great to have such a nice hotel right there at terminal 3 to walk from to the check in counter.,

시설은 넘 좋은데 직원교육이 부족해요 영어가 안되니 이해는 하는데 아쉽네요 특히 청소직원과 레스토랑 직원들 교육을 구체적으로 시켜야될듯 청소는 손님들이 없을때를 꼭 확인해서 해야되고 레스토랑직원들은 자기 담당구역 정해서 서빙해야될듯 직원은 많은데 움직이는게 넘 느림 호텔 지배인이 더 노력을 해야될듯 넘 좋은시설 조식 퀄리티 좋아요 카이로 소피텔 다운다운호텔 사랑랍니다
