"The king size bed was against the wall so it was hard for one person to get out of the bed. There would have been plenty of room if you moved the bed over. There was so much furniture in a small room. A table was in front of the coat rack. The radiator cover was off and we saw mold. The floor was dirty. The bathroom door was hard to close."

"The room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to White Sands National Park. It was a great choice for a one-night stay."

"Great value! Unexpectedly nice"

"Asked for a military discount and was told no because we booked with Expedia. Showed up to check in 1 hour early and the place was completely dead but was told no. Morning breakfast to start at 7 am but did not start until 730"

"Cozy room - throwback to the old roadside motel. Not flashy but quiet and led to a good night’s sleep."

"I read reviews thoroughly and I thought this hotel would be appropriate for one night. I wish I stayed elsewhere. It seems like the staff really does their best to clean, but the problem is that the rooms desperately need an overhaul. The (non-smoking) room reeked, one of the beds was tilted from a sagging mattress, water sprayed from a leak in the shower head, the couch was tattered and torn up by a pet. Thankfully the sheets and towels were newer / clean, but it was not a nice experience."

"It was a beautiful well maintained hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast that was included."

"After a long day and tense drive up the mountain in the dark and rain, the woman who greeted us at the front desk couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind. It’s an old lodge that has been honored and well cared for. There were actual metal room keys with an old key tag, antique furniture, low warm lights and a fire in the big stone fireplace in the sitting room, it honestly couldn’t have been a better experience on arrival. The room was cozy and comfortable, we cracked the window and could...

"This is a bed and breakfast - very comfortable bed in my own room with my own private bath. The host goes out of her way to make your stay welcoming."

"Perfect for my family, though beds were too high for my toddler."

"Two bed/two bath townhome in the Spur Landing area of Cloudcroft. Easy to find, near the golf course, pretty quiet. Park at the front door. No A/C (you are at 9000 feet) but there are ceiling fans and tower fans, in case the afternoon gets warm. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. Wifi worked flawlessly. TV is streaming only, so if you don't do that, it may be a challenge. Small deck, with a dinette. A propane grill is there. Golf course view. Often some elk and deer will com along. Adjacent...
