"No staff in reception area, which is drab and worn (unlike the photo); had three attempts before the door code worked (on a different room); door lock stuck, I couldn't open door, housekeeper had to be contacted; bathroom basin drain partly blocked; mattress and bed base were dirty, stained, a lot of human hair; tv remote had no batteries; no smart tv, only about 7 local mostly boring channels to watch; had to unplug and plug in two cables at rear every day, to get a tv reception; laundry floor...

"Nice apartment although a bit smaller than expected. No oven in the kitchen area so had to adapt. Well maintained block and excellent location. Overall, very happy."

"Excellent access to the 31 tram which takes you into Alvik station and the Stockholm Metro system. Supermarket right beside and close to the Mall of Scandinavia. Very reasonable price and very suitable for families. Highly recommend"
