"The room was rather dated with a broken lamp on arrival. The walls, bathroom, flooring, sofa was from 1970 or before. The sofa was so broken in, there was no cushion to sit on. I requested sheets and blanket for the fold out and got the thinnest blanket that was thinner than the sheet. Breakfast was not included and was 17 for adults 11 for children which is ridiculous. Room was clean but flooring was decades old. Staff was kind. 13.00 to park which was not listed on Expedia nor was the cost of breakfast. I would have stayed where else had i known."

"I have stayed here twice in the past year. The staff are friendly and helpful; no problems there. The location is perfect for accessing downtown Tulsa. Fixtures need upgrading. Water pressure and temperature are issues; showers are lukewarm and barely enough power to rinse off. I would still return despite these drawbacks."

"Our stay was great! The room was clean, we checked-in late with no problems, there were options for late-night snacks and I was surprised how quiet it was. The following morning, the lobby was lively with a conference and the location felt safe (which was only a slight concern because we were unfamiliar with the city.) The staff that we communicated was friendly and welcoming."
