The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. "The hotel is a modern hotel. Rooms came with a/c and were spacious for our needs. Fridge in the room and a kettle. No provision for tea or coffee or milk. Shame there is no bar in the evening. Everything shuts up by 8pm. Fairly close to the city centre, taxi needed mostly to get around. Breakfast is European not much fruit options other than. Apples or oranges. We had a good stay and visited a lot of what Bucharest had to offer. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff was very responsive and the room was nice. Had a fire alarm that took a long time to be deactivated because there is nobody on site. Also there was no spare toilet paper in the bathroom. While they offered to bring some in a few hours, it seems odd that an extra roll wouldn’t be in the room."
