"Bathroom got clogged easily but this is apparently a problem in all the hotels I stayed at in Mexico. The staff were quick to fix it. Becareful walkkng/running on the floor tiles after you exit the pool because I slipped just by walking. "Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!"
