"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"

"A pleasant one night stay in Bristol to see the hot air balloon fiesta. Used Tesco club card partner through hotels.com so that softened the price. I wouldn’t have paid £170 to stay for a night, but ballon fiesta is a busy time so guess it’s supply and demand. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful.
