None of the house keeping staff could speak English. It was very frustrating. Considering there were English speaking guests, there should be a couple of HK staff that can speak English. "Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t. "
