"No wifi. No lift to ask omelets for breakfast before 10 and the said kitchen close. Coffee machine not a good coffee( its 4 stats hotel). Old gym and old and dirty sauna and steam room , they don’t work properly. No hot water in hamam you need to wait 10 min to ger hot water. Barely you find somne who speaks English at the reception. "This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
