T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.

Ik verbleef hier voor een evenement in de Pala Alpitour Arena. Dit was lopend prima te doen, 25 minuten. Het hotel heeft een bushalte voor de deur, lijn 17, en de metro om de hoek. De metro vertrekt elke 2 minuten. Het hotel is schoon, heeft prima bedden, een heerlijke douche en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Het is wel ietwat gedateerd, kan een likje verf gebruiken. Bij de receptie zijn ze vriendelijk, spreken ze prima Engels en helpen je graag op weg in Turijn. Ik zou hier weer verblijven bij een volgend bezoek aan Turijn.

Völlig überteuert. Und abgewohnt.

Sehr schlecht für den völlig überteuerten Preis. Frühstück sehr wenig auswahl. Zimmer Renovierungs bedürftig. Parken schlecht mindestens 400 Meter gehen. Vor dem Hotel kein Platz zum be- und entladen. Werde da nicht mehr hingehen.

Accueil sympa. Confort très bien. Petit déjeuner à volonté : ça c'est super. Seul souci, indépendant de l'hôtel : l'ascenseur est tombé en panne le dimanche ! Pas de chance. Pour nous, logés au 6ème étage et moi-même handicapé physique ♿, ça a créé quelques complications. Mais, que peut-on contre la Loi de Murphy (loi de l'emmerdement maximum)...
