"Lovely hotel right in the center of Torino, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room was comfortable and quiet though shower room could use a refresh. Hotel was happy to store our bicycles on site which was great. Only quibble, and it’s a small detail, but of all the hotels we have stayed at in Italy (at every level), this was the ONLY one that did not provide bottled water for its guests beyond the first day of their stay. "Ideal location, very close to public transport links and the main train station. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was great! Our only problem being British is there wasn’t a kettle in the room but understand this isn’t commonplace in Europe :)"

"I've stayed here many times before. The room and hotel were lovely and clean. The air conditioning unit in my room wasn't pushing much air around, this was because the filters were 5mm thick with dust. Even after cleaning these out, there was flow of air but by no means cool air, the room was stuffy and hot, especially after a shower. Shower wash, coffee, tea and cups in the room weren't checked/ replaced daily and the water in the gym wasnt replaced at all. There are better hotels in the area...
