"Room was very clean, large and nice. Whirlpool tub worked great, very large, plenty of hot water. River view was great on the 14th floor. Spa was nice but pricey. "Mostly clean, but property & facilities were rather run-down. Scraped up doors, no elevator. VERY noisy.
