"Couldn't watch TV because the television section of the notebook had no page, just the divider saying, Television. Other sections were missing pages too. Internet was spotty and nonexistent at times. Some of the exterior doors wouldn't open with a key card. Was given the room number but wasn't told it was an interior room. I was under the impression from the description there was a fridge in the room. There wasn't. Don't know why it was rated as high as it was because it wasn't."

"It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby"

"It looked like the rooms haven't been cleaned and found a razor underneath the fitted sheet needless to say it was still in the wrapper it was under the fitted sheet roaches crawling around someone broke into our room and stole things then they wouldn't show the video of who did it or even cared to look person that we found out that did do it worked there but supposedly the only person that could rewind the tape and find out who broke into our room was the owner and I've never got to talk to him...

"The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Our room was clean but dated. Beds were ok. We stayed one night and it was reasonably quiet minus one loud dispute in the hall. The breakfast was not what I expected based on reviews. Not a buffet, basically a waffle station, eggs, bacon sausage. Toast and cereal. There were juices, milk and coffee. Seating was limited. Parking was also slightly difficult as the lot was full. The front desk helped us out. Overall it was a decent room, cheap but the...
