"This hotel is excellent! Everything is good, the staff, the service, the location, accessible to restaurants, etc. The room is big with a small kitchen.
If I had to complain, I would say the toilet was an issue. When you flushed, the water was so strong and shot upwards, the toilet cover got completely wet which needed to be wiped.
Otherwise, I really like this hotel! 5 stars!"

"It's an older building, but very thoroughly renovated. The suite I was in included a terrace with a street view. The room is relatively small but layout is practical with a modern bathroom. A small fridge is very useful and appreciated. Staff were efficient. Location is about a 10-12 minute walk to either the Milano Centrale train station or yellow subway line. Other than being very expensive (which seems to be par for the course in Milan), I really have no hesitation in recommending this hotel."

"The property is well-located, with easy access, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with the instructions. It is conveniently close to two subway lines, the apartment is spacious, and the area is quiet. The only downside is that maintenance and cleanliness could be improved (the bathroom mirror was dirty and the bathroom trash can was broken). Other than that, everything was great."
