"I was pleasantly surprised to find this newer hotel in close proximity to Memorial Hospital. I cannot speak highly enough of the courteous and friendly staff. Everyone we encountered on our short stay was warm and welcoming. I do not believe in all of my years traveling that I’ve ever stayed in a room with two king sized beds, but what a plus that is for those of us who have larger families. Everyone can stay together! "I was there for five days in my room was not cleaned. I had to ask for them to come and take out the trash and give us clean towels. I was not there when they came. They did not make the beds clean the tub or refresh the soap and conditioner, and we ran out of conditioner. Our toilet was clogged the last day that we were there. I asked for it to be unclogged, they did not. What they suggested was we could move to another room at 8 PM at night when we were leaving the next morning which was...

"The first room I was given, had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The second room I was given had the room door cracked open as if someone was there at the moment. The rugs appeared dirty and the bathroom lacked cleanliness and toiletries."

"Our room was not clean. The kitchen didn't have a functioning sink and the bathroom sink was clogged. Dirty, unswept floor. We reached out to management about the clogged sink and they did not put us in a new room."
