Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. "Directions to property were spot on, directions to get into property were easy to follow. Only snafu we had was parking. If you drive a large vehicle (I have a suburban) do not pay for parking as vehicle will not fit. Everything was clean and basic needs were met."
