"We got to stay here while we had an appointment at The University of Minnesota (6 min away. The only issue was Expedia said the dog fee was $25. The hotel charged me $75 and would not honor the Expedia pricing - even though it was still on the Expedia listing. I also wish the place had EV charging- but we knew it did not ahead of time."

"The girl at the front desk was not the most helpful or pleasant. We booked 2 rooms with Expedia and only had one room in the computer. Instead of trying to help us understand what happened and resolve the problem she just simply made us purchase another room and be off. I have to say it is a very clean hotel and the rooms are beautiful. So the front desk was the only bad part. She needed to be a lot more friendly and more helpful with the situation.
