"Hotel was 20 minutes from the dock but it was uphill. Hotel provided a shuttle at a designated spot. Wait was a little long but much better than walking. "

"Excellent Hotel and staff. Was a wonderful experience and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Catalina. The property was well-maintained, in excellent condition, and decorated exceptionally well. Rooms are small but very classy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and outgoing. Will be back!"

"The hotel is very clean , and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff !"

"Hotel Metropole is a favorite of ours. The location is excellent, the staff is accommodating and the rooms are excellent. Although our room was next to the spa, there was no noise perceived in our room from others using it. I do wish that there was daily cleaning service."
