"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only.
The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. When the smell subsided it was pleasurable to hear the roar of the sea.
I stayed for 10 nights...

"I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking.
The host Greg was fantastic.
He was friendly and extremely helpful.
I couldn’t have asked for a better host.
He made sure I had everything I needed and settled me into the apartment with all the info I needed.
WiFi was fast and there was a smart tv too to watch Netflix or Amazon prime.
Shower was great.
Kitchen had everything to make a nice meal.
Really great place.
Great value for money too.

"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management.
I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."

"Overall the staff was great, especially Juanita, Akeem and Akiel. There was one very unfriendly bartender, but everyone else was helpful and friendly. Just don’t count on accommodation if you have mobility issues. As soon as I booked I requested a ground floor room and we were put on the second floor in a building with no elevator.
I think we would have had a very different experience had the sargassum not been so bad during our stay. We tried to enjoy the pool, but the rules were not...
