"The bathroom had not been cleaned. They charge for parking upon arrival, but then when we left the ticket they gave us to get out of parking garage did not work so we had to pay again for parking. So on top of the room fee we paid an additional $40 in parking. They were only able to credit us $15 back. The breakfast was sub-par, ran out of food 30 minutes before hours ended, the hot food was awful."

"The staff were wonderful, and the room was very clean! Made our stay with our young children easy and the Newport area was very nice for them! The aquarium was great and they had fun at the Par 3 place!"
