"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "We didn’t get to stay, the bathroom door opens up against the toilet, my wife is in a wheelchair and there was no way for her to shut the door while in a wheelchair. We asked for another room but none were available. The man at the desk apologized and said no charges would be made. I am currently waiting on a refund which I requested 6/4/26. Thanks"

"The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. The coffee is NASTY. It tasted like old curry. I don’t recommend this Quality inn. For the price, it could have been better. It’s almost “hidden” off the main road, and could feel unsafe af night."

"I love the convenience of extended stay hotels because I can make my own meals instead of having to eat out or eat food from the hotel that I may not like or can't eat. However, more cons than pros this time... DON'T make your guests pay for dishes! I've stayed at extended stays that provide them for you with no problems. Stop being greedy! Also check in staff wasn't the talkative type I guess. Just get to the point and move on attitude. Would have also been nice to know at check in that your room door automatically locks you out at 10am!!! Seriously? I've never stayed anywhere that does this, even an extended stay. I had to go out of my way to get the key to work again. If I knew this prior I could have had my son stay in the room to make sure I could get back in after going to get the luggage cart! A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be extremely helpful! How can you not have something so simple? Seriously, no hairdryer either? Whether people use them or not, the less I have to pack and remember, the better. Never stayed at any hotel that didn't provide one; it's just standard! So, evidently this extended stay has had problems with people overstaying their welcome/extended stay???? So ya'll don't provide hardly ANY conveniences that your guests need while there for longer periods of time? Then DON'T BOTHER BEING AN EXTENDED STAY! It's the bare minimum here people! No reason ya'll can't keep the standards."

"The towels, bedsheets and even bed had musty and stale smells. Probably these were not cleaned and dried properly. It was not good experience. The place looked good and peaceful. Lobby and front was clean. There was enough space for parking and was included with booking. Be careful about terms like “Breakfast Available” vs “Breakfast Included” while booking room here, It’s not the same."
