"Breakfast was very good. Restaurant staff friendly and efficient. Ok . So we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room. We hardly slept the first night, second night was better, third night ok. Could not open the window at night because the street was noisy so we suffered from an overheated room. We were given 2 fans which helped a bit. Hotel management did not engage with us at all until we checked out. The hotel staff tried to be as helpful as possible. The manager insisted that cool air was coming out of the ac unit but it categorically was not. The only assistance we got was late check out. The hotel was in a strange area. A lap dancing/strip club next door and a club sauna opposite. Otherwise a good location for Prague new and old town. To conclude not sold on this hotel and definitely not value for money. "

"Well located in the Prague 2 district and less than 15 minutes walk from the train station & the centre of Prague (Prague 1) as well as other key sights like legion bridge, Charles bridge & letna park all easily accessible within 30 minutes by feet or even quicker by trans/subway. IP Pavlova is the closest tram and metro station only 2 mins from the hotel. Hotel is well maintained, clean and modern. Doesn’t have kettles - but you can hire for €10 for duration of stay and refunded on your departure. Same approach with iron if needed. Room (Standard double) again looked decent, new furniture, clean however design was a bit off. TV was flat against a wall but impossible to watch tv in bed as it was on the side not facing ahead. Only other downside was no plugs near the bed. There was one near the door. Bathroom was decent again small issue but shower head not positioned great (in a corner near the shower door rather than central or opposite side) but not a holiday ruining issue. Overall good value for money"
