"WiFi was fast"

"Perfectly clean, staff polite. However, the property is quite tired and run down. Light leaking around the edges of the curtains. I had a very odd layout of the room with the shower in the entrance way of the room. The sheets and pillows were clean but clearly old. "

"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

"The food and drinks are excellent especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately the rooms are being refurbished over time and ours was particularly tired with a part of the window structure missing. Overall the hotel is in an ideal place for a stay in Norwich and I would use it again!"

Noisy building work going on, could maybe have offered some sort of compensation, drink or breakfast perhaps. Also water in room, but unclear if this was complimentary or chargeable. Excellent location"
