Clean room and staff are professionals. The road to the hotel, however, got flooded due to heavy rains for three days and access has been restricted. However, staff was quick to relocate all guests to another IHG operated hotel. Very thoughtful action by staff.

Rooms were amazing clean and modern. Great place for families with Kids, pool is epic. Loads of activities for kids in the pool area. Perfect location in the heart of Kuta, easy walking distance to shops. Would 100% go back.

Rooms are showing their age and will need to be refreshed. But the rooms sizes are very big, loads of space. Buffet breakfast in really worth the money, great selection of food.
