"We have stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed it every time. We opted not to get sheets or towels changed during our stay but staff still came and replenished coffee pods and water in the room, which we appreciated."

"Excellent location and clean and modern room (though the design featuring the face of a fictional woman might not appeal to everyone!) A few issues during my stay though... - The 'blackout curtains' in my room came with a 6 inch gap. Informed the hotel who told us nothing needed fixing - The hotel listing mentions rooms include air con but this was turned off during my stay - The listing also mentions that the rooms are sound proofed - but we could hear the ventilation shaft in the hotel...

"Great"

"Lovely hotel with great staff. Great breakfast and really good room. Only small negative was that the room could have been a little cleaner. Would highly recommend and thank you to the lovely staff."

"Clean room, helpful staff, well located… terribly expensive breakfast, many great options just outside, however. Motel is getting a little long in the tooth and could use a refresh. Rooms should have a Nespresso machine at a minimum."

"Jolie chambre et un personnel cool et à l’écoute."

"Sehr schönes zentrales Hotel Freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück, hat nichts gefehlt."

"Best location and the staff is wonderful."

"Zimmer 704 ist absolut zu empfehlen."

"Helpful staff, nice rooms, great spa, comfy bathrobes. Would recommend. Great Location too. The zoo was great."

"We had a beautiful room with a modern bathroom and rainforest shower including shampoo & shower gel. The staff were friendly and smiling. On our first morning, breakfast was quite chaotic and we were not oriented to the breakfast room, however subsequent days were fine and the food was a good variety and of good quality. The orange juice did keep running out though! The air con is centralised which wasn’t helpful for me as I am a very warm person. The room had a fridge which was great to put...

"Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. War angenehm. Unser Zimmer war allerdings furchtbar warm und es war leider nicht möglich die Heizung herunterzudrehen. Ansonsten gewohnte Scandic Vibe und Services."

"Nicht alltäglich, gross"

"Sehr schönes City Hotel. Feines Frühstück"

"The hotel is in a great location, near to s&u bahns, plenty of great restaurants that are local too. Breakfast has a good choice and was fresh, my daughter loved the waffle machine! The room was a good size, the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable for me. Staff were very helpful, was able to store luggage pre and post checking in/out."
