"The air conditioning not working. In room feeling hot, so we have to open the window sometime. When we eat something after, we bin the bag or beer tins will come up more ant. Even room service cleaned the room after, they are still walking around the garbage can."

"The staff was wonderful - super helpful and kind. Loved the outside play area for our kids. Wish the room had a pot to heat up water and a fridge. The room was clean; the only exception was the fire alarm in the bathroom needed dusting badly. (Room 25) Breakfast was ok; we wished there was hot food ..."
