"Clean, tidy and comfortable. However we stayed when it was over 30 degrees in Zurich and the hotel has no air con - it has a ‘cooling ventilation system’ which apparently cools the room by 3 degrees. It did not. The room was consistently at 25 degrees and was stiflingly hot and difficult to sleep. ..."
