"Upon check-in, the linen looks crumpled and blood-like stains were visible at the bottom of the duvet. Requested room move but linen change was offered. I was unhappy but had to accept because it was 2.30am and I felt tired."

"The hotel is old, run down, with mold in the bathrooms, old dirty paint in the room. Front desk staff unhelpful with calling a taxi to get to airport. Rooms on ground floor were so loud I had to wear my noise canceling headphones. Never ever again"
