"The room itself was relatively clean however, the stairs and the hallway had clearly not been vacuumed in several weeks. There were bags of trash piled up around garbage cans by the door when I got there. I presumed the cleanup crew was in progress of cleaning up rooms or something, however, there was even more bags on top of those in the morning. "The lampshade near the bed was broken and hanging off the frame. There was no working phone in the room to call the desk. When had to change rooms because in the first room the television didn’t work and again no phone. No one ever checked to see if we needed more towels. We were there for 4 days and never saw a sold. I would not recommend. It has not been kept up. It was nice at one time but I think it changed hands"
