"2 staff members at front service is beyond we have 2 rooms 203 and 204. The staff way to busy for day like Thai new year festival how every they still service with care and smelling on their face. With big events like this management should have provided more staff or she definitely should get some bonus. "

"Parking was noted as $12 but hotel charged $25 because they said there was Dodgers game on this day. I checked in late (after 11p) & told them game was done, but front desk person still charged $25...not accommodating at all! Stayed in hotel less than 12 hours as I checked out at 9am. Room smelled musty, AC blew air that smelled like urine. Kept AC off for the night as it was horrible. Will not stay here again! It would be good to get $13 refund for overcharging parking OR a refund for the entire room!"

"Great location with plenty of great restaurants. The kitchen has an amazing stove. Communal areas were great. We loved the King bed and the private porch. "

"The location is convenient and love the free onsite parking if you like to visit Thai Town or Hollywood this hotel is good choice. The only downside are blankets are so thin and the Towels were some kind of woman hair on clean towel on the rag so I didn’t use the hotel towel The size of parking is perfect for van size love that they have refrigerator and microwave"

"Very good experience overall, neighborhood wasn’t the best but still felt safe. Especially liked the gated parking gave us a good peace of mind. Pil from the front desk was top notch!"
