"I booked this hotel for myself. I informed them I was going to book in late, due to plane arriving later. When I got there the man at the desk was not friendly and came across rude. He grabbed my suitcase and marched down to my room. Which was next to the pool. Chucked it in there and just walked off. When I looked around the door was broken, so I had to use the dresser to block the door. The wardrobe was broken inside, all smashed up. The bathroom was dirty. I only had half a toilet roll to use...
