"The three ladies and the young gentleman are the best staff I have interacted with. Wish I remember their name. They went above and beyond to order carry out for me using their phone as I was unable to translate from Spanish. They also found the best place in town for the cuisine I wanted to order. Who does that in this busy world? "

"Really enjoyed our 6 nights at Lodge Morrena. The reception staff (Valentina, Denise and Javiera) were excellent. So friendly, nothing was too much trouble, great guidance on what to do in the park etc etc. One morning our car had a puncture. Rather than miss what we had planned for the day, Valentina gave us a car we could use for the day (no charge). Whilst we were having fun, the puncture was sorted. Amazing service. The evening food options were wide and all excellent. Maybe a little pricey but everything is in Torres del Paine! We didn't think the prices were too bad. Breakfast was included and more than sufficient for our needs. The hotel is 5 minutes from the park so access is perfect. WiFi worked well in the common areas - bit flaky in the bedroom but not a big issue. Overall, highly recommend this place."
