Green house stay

Wonderful stay in a characterful apartment with all the necessary facilities if you wanted to cook, but why cook when there are so many wonderful places to eat out

the room was just above a very noisy restaurant that played music til 10 pm the bed was so soft i had to sleep on the floor to get a good nights sleep

A quaint one bedroom upstairs and downstairs, very clean, excellent quality bedding. Just off the main street. Stairs inside are steep may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Ask how to lock the door, worked it out eventually.

Beautiful apartment

Was upgraded to an cottage apartment because of some confusion over the room I thought I'd booked. The lounge was spacious and comfy with a view of the lighthouse, the kitchen was big and fully equipped, the master bedroom had an extremely comfortable king sized bed and an ensuite shower etc., and the was also a shower / bathroom. Secured parking was available off the road. Food was available in the pub opposite and the staff were all friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends .

Lovely little apartment in a quiet place

Lovely cosy place. Everything i needed. The upstairs apartment's floor boards could do with a little attention...very creaky, other than that fab place

Lots of space for a family of five and very comfortable beds! Extremely convenient for Ulverston town centre, although it's above and opposite busy pubs, so it's noisy outside until closing time (and in the morning when barrels are being changed and glass collected).

Great little apartment

Really nice apartment. Very clean, car park was right outside and you can pay a reduced 3 day rate. A little bit of noise from surrounding apartments but not a problem. Was surprised that the dog wasn’t allowed in the Farmer’s, but she was allowed in most other pubs in Ulverston and the apartment is located closer to the Rose & Crown than the Farmers,

Nice Clean Good Price; No Views Of Anything!

Accommodation very nice and clean, had everything you need for a short stay, Downside; Its down a bit of a cut through dirty alley, so no view no sun. Bit off putting on first look. but if you are out all day walking and just use it for a hub, then fine. If stuck in for the day or two due to weather, then maybe not so much fun.

Post lockdown break.

Absolutely gorgeous big 2 bedroom house set over 3 floors with views over the main town square. The 3 toilets-bathroom-shower were spotless. We were 4 adults and a dog and had plenty room. I'd highly recommend the farmers pub across the road for food and drink.

Lovely cottage!!

Really nice and cosy cottage!! Good location next to pubs and restaurants. It was clean. We stayed a No4 the bake house. We were 3 adults and it's big enough. Bathroom clean and looks new. The only downside is the size of the double bed as it seems smaller than normal but was fine for two nights.

Ulverston Gem

Fantastic property located in the heart of Ulverston. A great selection of cafes, restaurants, pubs, takeaways and shops within meters of the property whilst remaining tranquil and peaceful. Will definitely return. A great base for exploring the Lakes.
