"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa (Rinca) which was just such a lovely experience. We were made breakfast every day which was delicious, and we often got Anyar cooks to prepare meals for lunch or dinner. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours on the massive daybed. Can not wait to return to Anyar! 7am Bakers is close by as are other restaurants. "Dewani is a great little hotel, the staff is absolutely lovely, like family. Nyoman makes the stay so familiar. However the hotel is in need of a bit tic. Will definitely come again."
