"We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long overnight flight. I had an issue that required internet service and they were happy to oblige with a log on and password. They stored our luggage and offered a place to clean up and change. Check in was 3:00 pm. We went out to see the city which was magnificent. Diego, Fati & Frank went out of their way to make sure we were having a great stay. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was wonderful. We ate lunch/dinner at...
