"A first class experience from the moment we arrived. Greeted with cold towels, handmade chocolate and a glass of Cava then a tour of the hotel before being shown to our room. The room was great, spotlessly clean and with everything we could have needed. Also some lovely, fresh tapas waiting for us. The staff were incredible, helping with everything from restaurant recommendations, organising transport to sharing local tips and providing us with water before we went out. "The location, in the gothic quarter, is ideal. The buffet breakfast, an additional charge unless included in your room rate, was outstanding! It is traditional European breakfast only better than any we’ve ever had. The front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. We highly recommend this property. "

"We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. "Lovely little understated hotel, centrally located, with friendly staff. Tastefully decorated and comfortable lobby and room. I loved the exposed stone wall and harmonious color choices in my room. Felt Zen without being overtly so. Soaps smelled great too. I appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay there again!"
