"Overall, this is a great option if you want to stay in the city center. However, the condition of the rooms and the overall feel of the hotel don’t really match a true 5-star standard. That said, the service is excellent and the staff were very helpful. One thing I found quite strange for a 5-star hotel is that there were no slippers in the room. Also, the toiletries shown in the hotel photos did not match what was actually provided. In general, it was still a good stay, but expectations...

"Excellent service, location and quality. My only disappointment, was that I was looking forward to using the rooftop sauna before my morning flight. Even though it says it's supposed to open at 8:00, it was cold when I was there at 8:20, so I didn't have time to use it before heading to the airport."

"Everything was great except there was no full sized mirror in our room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great, lovely staff, comfortable beds, excellent location. You can’t go wrong with this location. It is so close to all the major attractions, breakfast was nice. We would definitely recommend this one."
