They tried to pass fabric softener as hand soap in the bathroom, and only used the containers from a known brand shampoo and conditioner (Pantene) but had been refilled with cheap shampoo and conditioner instead. The advertisement for the place states that it can sleep 4 people, but only provides 1 set of metal utensils...
