"The Japanese breakfast OMG the best one. But i doesn't exclude the buffet breakfast, that was amazing also. "

"The hotel was clean, and check-in was self-service, but we could always find staff around if we needed help. One of the nice surprises was the free laundry, which was really convenient. Our room was the smallest one we experienced during our trip to Japan, but for a short stay—when you’re mostly out and just need a place to sleep—it was perfectly fine. On the plus side, the hotel had a beautiful lounge area where we spent most of our evenings. The room amenities could have been better, but considering the price, it was reasonable and good value overall. The only downside was the high humidity in the room. Our clothes and bedding always felt damp, almost slightly wet. We’re not sure why— the bathroom ventilation seemed to be constantly running, and we also tried adjusting the room’s air settings, but nothing really fixed it. Even the hallways felt humid. Still, for a few nights, it was manageable and overall an okay stay."

"States are very helpful and polite. Hotel room is very clean. It’s my 2nd time staying in this hotel which is located in a super convenient location. Love the surroundings and easy to walk everywhere in Shinsaibashi or Namba. Breakfast was a little disappointing but it’s ok. More European options would be better. Will come back again "

The room was comfortable and quiet, I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time, something I don’t even get back home. It truly helped me feel rested and rejuvenated. "Room was clean although small. Air condition was perfect as you can adjust the coolness of the room to what you want."

"We stayed in a cozy double-king single bedroom with a lovely view of the surrounding city in Namba. The room and bathroom were kept very clean, with a basic but functional bathroom area featuring a full shower, a tub, and a separate toilet. The design of the room was quite dark, which made it a little tricky to put on makeup in the morning since the dark walls absorbed most of the light. The vanity mirror was positioned in a way that made it a bit awkward to get ready, and having a full-length mirror would have made changing clothes much easier. The breakfast was truly delightful, offering a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western cuisines. While it took us a little time to figure out how to operate the laundry machine in the room, having it there was incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and patient, making our stay even more enjoyable. "
