"Terrible cleanliness and no real help The room was not properly cleaned at check-in. There were hairs in the bed, and when I reported it, the manager only picked up the visible hair/dirt instead of making sure the room was fully cleaned. The pillows were dirty, the bathroom sink area was not clean, and the room still had cleanliness problems even after I reported the issue again. Staff reviewed my photos and said housekeeping/front desk would verify and correct the room, but when I returned, the problems were still there. I never received a real solution during my stay. This was a terrible experience, especially because cleanliness is basic for any hotel. I became sick after this stay, and I am concerned the poor cleanliness may have contributed. I documented everything with photos and escalated the issue through Expedia. I would not recommend this hotel. Do not waste your money here, and protect your health. I would not recommend this hotel.."

"This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka."

"Here’s a polished 3 star review you can use: The pictures online are beautiful, and the hotel makes a strong first impression when you walk in. The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars."
