We stayed in their sister hotel in Tokyo. When I compare the 2, Osaka's location was not as clean. There were food splatter on the walls. The room.was not soundproof. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Convenient location that's at the edge of the busy Shinsaibashi area. 24hr Aeon food mall at level 1 offers late night snacks and food options. Hotel is standard business hotel and provides the necessary.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and is much bigger than most hotel with king size bed. Enough space to open luggage. Still have room for a round table and 2 chairs. Toilet are separated with Dry and wet area. Four coin-operated Self service washing/dryer machines. Good breakfast option. Kid (5yo) breakfast price is same as adult.

Family trip

The hotel was convenient, there are the Aeon convenient store and McDonald’s next to the hotel, 15mins walk to Pokémon cafe, subway station and shopping mall, 20mins walk to Dotonbori, bus stop about 10mins walk to the hotel however there is another hotel has the same name that was confused, we lost at night time. The room was smaller than from the pic; we booked 2 beds for 3 people, turned out the twin beds that only fit 2 people, they only gave 2 pillows in the room, called the front desk, no room service, we had to go down to the lobby to get the extra pillows. The front desk staffs were friendly but they weren’t speaking English fluently, we asked for help to book taxi but they couldn’t help for what we needed. Toothbrushes and other bathroom things, you will need to pick them up at the lobby by yourself. Breakfast was ok. This hotel may be ok with the other people but we didn’t like it.
