We did not use the Hotel..due to the problem of carpet...I discovered that carpets are dirty...with stains . I have a servere sinus..so i had to move to another place.

From Hero to Zero

I used to use this hotel many time in the past. This time aircon not working in reception and breakfast area. Also staff did not arrive to serve breakfast on the 2nd morning of my stay. They will not see me again!

Advertised images+features not aligned to reality

It was extremely disappointing to have been told that the hotel does not have rooms with two queen beds, even though this was mentioned on my bookong confirmayion document. There were issues with the TV and poor to no selection of channels in the room. The number of towels in the room was short / less than that required, thus requiring for me to have to go and ask for extras each time. The room was much smaller than advertised and booked, whilst the breakfast options were very limited. The window in one of the rooms did not close properly, whilst the aircon was ineffective and noisy, with the TV channel selection being poor as mentioned above. The hotel manager did try to attend to some of the issues, however moving from one room to another brought about another set of issues which were not resolved by the end of trip. Overall, the hotel doesnt live up to the amazing pictures on Hotels.com as well as thw room size and number of beds, which is disappointing to say the least and a show of false advertising.

Over priced for what you get. TV was not working Bedside lights were not working Asked for a bottle of water as I my flight came in late, there was nothing available was told to drink tap water. Fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and none of the staff knew how to turn it off. Definitely a lot better options out there in that price range.

Only able to book in after 4 pm. Had to wait for my room from 2 pm. Gym was not available. Towels were taken away every day and I had to go to reception every day to ask them for towels.

Service was terrible, TV not working called the hotel they did not fix the TV. Breakfast was terrible both days. Room had on sides lamps both we not working. The staff they have no sense of care to their guests. I will not recommend this to anyone. Cleaning of the room was not done properly

It was a close decision between this hotel and one other. What swung it was the free shuttle bus, pool and two bars. The shuttle bus is good but it does not travel at set times so if it is on site great then you can travel if not you have to wait but we never waited long. The bar by the pool was never open when we were there during the day. The bar inside the hotel overcharged me on one visit so did not go back. Leonard on front desk has to get a special mention as he was excellent. I felt that some of the staff either didnt listen to me or just did not understand some of my requirements which was quite frustrating. Room was nice and clean and regularly serviced.

Filthy Room, broken door locks

The room was filthy with hair in the sink. There were no towels, when we requested them, they brought us old worn out pink ones with bleach stains. the bedding was old and the pillow cases had mildew. water was gushing out from somewhere from the top during the night, not rain. it was impossible to sleep. There were no bathrobes or slippers as promised and the staff admitted that the room they gave us isn't really used anymore. the booking was done weeks in advance. it was a nightmare of a stay and I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back. management allowed us to check out an hour later as I complained during the night about not being able to sleep. the door lock was also broken, the tv didn't work properly. overall, I would not recommend that anyone stays there
