Khách sạn Unawatuna

"Friendly and happy staff in all areas which says a lot about how the hotel is run. Had my room unexpectedly upgraded on arrival due to a fault found with the originally booked room. The room I had did have a small issue with the private jacuzzi leaking but no major issues. Food and drink were excellent throughout my stay. Highly recommend staying here to anybody wanting a few days of relaxing peace after touring the country."

"I didn't find anything i didn't like! All staff were very friendly and hospitable Swimming on the beach was great! I will holiday there at "Sun n Sea " whenever I get a chance!"

"Friendly hosts who showed us the property and let us enjoy in peace. Stronger wifi would have been helpful, however the location and the cleanliness helped us overlook that!"

"Lovely budget hotel and close yo the beach etc. Highly recommend as a reasonably priced place to stay."

"Needs to be much more customer and traveller oriented on your inside restaurant and Bar needs to be much more colourful and separate."

"Everything was perfect"

"I had a lovely stay; the location is super, the staff very friendly, good breakfast & lovely pool! The oasis of the garden offers a quiet break from the busy town & streets. Walking distance from the restaurants, beach, supermarket & shops. I would not hesitate to book again! "

"great place! the breakfast was delicious and portion sizes were great. I visited during the off season and had the entire place and pool to myself. the AC in the room and hot water pressure in the bathroom was a great surprise.pool was great and clean and we'll maintained. you can take a pickme to go around the town and get to the beach . would visit again"

"We didn’t like our first room and the people at the front desk gave us a different room a few days later…which was so much better! The staff was great, the food was great, and we enjoyed staying there. The pool was small but we enjoyed using it to cool off in. The beach had a steep drop, so was hard if you didn’t know how to swim, but you can walk to the end of the beach and find a gently sloping area to swim in…"

"Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is right on the water and you can see the waves crashing on the rocks. It is located close to many shops and restaurants. We had a delicious breakfast each day with a choice of Euro-American food and Sri Lankan food. We had a wonderful assistant in the person of Asuri. She was doing everything: front of house, breakfast, room service and more. The pool was lovely, despite the odd shark-dolphin sculptural oddity (a shower for children). The rooms were...

"Nice facility, our room was fairly unique with some fake rock. Our daughter's room had a cool outdoor bathtub. You get great use of two other Thambapanni resorts in the area. Rooms are large and interesting. Very musty. The air conditioner needed to be maintained to keep mildew out. Clothes drying rack, nice bathroom and good breakfast. Super accommodating staff. Unawatuna is a bit of a Russian tourist trap. Aggressive tuktuk drivers and merchants. Jungle Beach nice but crowded. The Sea Waves...

"I would highly recommend Sergeant House. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and good air conditioning. Lots of welcome extras included such as insect repellent, cookies, robes, sunhat and beach towels. The hotel is in a great location but set back from the road so lovely and peaceful. The manager was really helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers"

"Very nice accomodation, totally clean, nice room, in the best area and excellent people. Top"
