Check-in e check-out molto veloci e reception aperta 24/7. "Wonderful stay, great location, clean, warm and modern facilities. The only thing was we did not have our milk replenished, little thing otherwise all very good"

"Brilliant hotel . Within walking distance from old town . 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge and 10 min walk to castle. 5 min to tram station. Good clean hotel , brilliant staff. Spa is great too. Will definitely come back and will be recommending to family."

"No hot water for half the days. AC unit stopped working for 2 days. Left a wall charger behind and said they could not find it plugged in."

"Really excellent, exceeded expectations. Lovely space, really clean and well finished. We asked for spare sheets for the sofa bed and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Location was great, right in the heart of the old town but surprisingly quiet at night. Great stay!"

"Convenient location - very close to old town Prague! Comfortable and clean!"
